Apostle J.Q. Lockette is a native of New Haven, Connecticut. At an early age, he realized a tremendous call of God on his life. Much of his youth was spent in prayer and seeking the God’s face for clarification of this call. At the age of 15, he was licensed as a minister at Bible Gospel Center in New Haven, Connecticut where John Good was Pastor. He faithfully served Pastor Good in every way possible for many years.
In 1986, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia to attend Morehouse College, where he later graduated. In 1990, he joined New Life Christian Center, under the leadership of the late Bishop Gus Kilgore of Eatonton, Georgia. There is where the mantle of God was released, and he was confirmed to the Office of the Prophet.
Through much prayer and fasting in 1993, he was released from New Live Christian Center, and accepted the call to pastor. Since 1993, until now, he remains the Pastor of Grace Church of Stone Mountain in Stone Mountain, Georgia
In 1996, God had another elevation for his life. He was affirmed as an apostle, and sat under the direction and leadership of the late, Apostle Robert Evans, Jr. Currently, Grace Church and Apostle Lockette are under the apostolic covering of Chief Apostle Janice L. Dillard of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Apostle Lockette is a man of great vision and uncompromising faith. In 1997 he birthed out an organization, Miracle Revival Assemblies, International (MRA). MRA is a fellowship of pastors with like minds, who come together to break down cultural and denominational barriers to win souls for the Kingdom of God. It is also pastoral training ground with a strong emphasis on a life of integrity and accountability, helping ministry leaders to effectively balance family and ministry.
Dr. Hashonah Lockette is the Executive Pastor of Grace Church in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She is the wife of Chief Apostle, J.Q. Lockette, Presiding Prelate of Miracle Revival Assemblies and Senior Pastor of Grace Church of Stone Mountain.
Dr. Lockette was born in New York City and has been diligently serving God for nearly 30 years. Unwavering in her faith, she wholeheartedly believes that God’s Word is the only infallible, unchangeable, and unsinkable truth in the earth. As such, she has dedicated her life to revealing God’s plan of salvation and victorious living to those who are without His saving grace.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree (with honors) from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City in Health Administration. She has been afforded many opportunities in corporate America, and has worked with the brightest minds in the field of Health and Wellness. In early 2000, God shifted her focus to building the Kingdom and sharing fundamental principles of the Kingdom through God’s Word. She enrolled in an accelerated course at James Dessault School of Theology in Columbia, South Carolina, where she received her Doctorate in Christian Counseling. “The key to success in life is absolute faith in the Bible, the most fascinating book ever written. In it holds the answers to the issues of life".
She is the President of Women of Grace; a ministry dedicated to improve the lives of women who desire to walk in spiritual fulfillment. She is also the founder of Wings of Zipporah, a ministry for First Ladies to help fulfill their purpose in the Kingdom, through prayer, empowerment and information. Dr. Lockette is currently completing two books entitled “The Last Lady” and “The Ultimate Intimate, Lover”.
Dr. Lockette and Chief Apostle’s most prized possessions are their three children, Nicholas, Jade and Amber, and the newest addition, granddaughter Jayden Ambria.
